Sad, but true. According to the new European License Agreement terms of condition Microsoft has to remotely uninstall unauthorized software.
According to the section 7b,
Sometimes you’ll need software updates to keep using the Services. We may automatically check your version of the software and download software updates or configuration changes, including those that prevent you from accessing the Services, playing counterfeit games, or using unauthorized hardware peripheral devices. You may also be required to update the software to continue using the Services.The above statement clearly mentions their is no place for pirated games or unauthorised softwares. Microsoft hasn't started detecting any game or software and we are still not confirm what they actually meant by "unauthorised hardware".
Recently, Microsoft had added a clause in its Release 10240 EULA Agreement that said,
By accepting this agreement, you agree to receive these types of automatic updates without any additional notice.According to this your not a complete Admin of your computer now, you will not be able to choose 'never check for updates' and you can't install Windows 8.1 back or any pirated Windows.
This is will be a little difficult to digest for highly consuming pirated material countries. But this is a good step taken by Microsoft for developers, but be sure if piracy stopped completely prices will reduce. Save Money and Buy Genuine Only.
