Samsung has unveiled their newest Android Tablet "S2 Tablet". The sales will start from the next month. It's the thinnest tablet in the world.
Samsung is providing tow-types of S2 Tablet, one at 9.7-inch of 389 gram other at 8-inch of 265 gram. Both Samsung tablet comes with fully metal body and super AMOLED display, both tablets are lighter than the Apple iPad Air 2.
If we talk about the screen resolution, the S2 tablets features 2048x1536 with 264 ppi which is slightly lower than the Xperia Z4 Tablet, but equal to an year old Apple iPad Air 2.
Samsung's two products appear to be a higher-end tablet. Each come with fingerprint scanner, along with 8 core and quad-core cpu running at 1.9 GHz and 1.3 GHz respectively. The device is running on Android Lollipop, whereas Apple features A8x processor at 1.5 GHz, but we still can't say which is better until we get our hand on S2 Tablet.
However, Samsung promises that S2 Tablet with 8 megapixels camera is able to record 4k videos at 30 fps, which is fairly impressive and better than Apple iPad Air 2. The front facing camera of S2 Tablet is 2.1 megapixels, but it's not mention by Samsung whether it is able to record HD videos.
OVERALL
Samsung is slightly better than Apple iPad Air 2, with a Powerful CPU, better Camera and light.
